Refund policy

Returns

If you change your mind, email info@freesoul-living.com with your order number within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. You do not need to give a reason. Please send the item back within 14 days after telling us you wish to return it. The deadline is met when you dispatch the parcel; international transit time is not counted against you.

Change-of-mind returns go to our China warehouse. You pay the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending the parcel for packing and shipping instructions. You must use a tracked shipping service, send us the tracking number, and keep proof of postage. This shipping instruction does not limit any statutory right to return an item.

You may open the package and reasonably inspect the item. Please return it securely packed with its parts and accessories. Once the parcel arrives, we will inspect it and discuss the refund amount with you. Opening the package alone does not reduce the refund. If handling beyond reasonable inspection causes a documented loss of value, we will explain and discuss any permitted adjustment.

For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee of 30% of the returned item's purchase price applies where permitted by applicable law. It is separate from your return shipping cost. We do not charge this fee for faulty, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items, or where you exercise a statutory withdrawal right that does not allow it. We will explain any applicable fee before completing the return and will not charge twice for the same loss.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@freesoul-living.com with your order number and photos where available. We will discuss a replacement or refund with you. If a return is needed, contact us before shipping so we can agree on the return method and discuss the shipping cost. Use a tracked shipping service and send us the tracking number. We will cover return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. After that, we may have started preparing it and cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment. Please contact us promptly if you need help. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Refunds

We will discuss the refund calculation with you and use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. For a full-order return, we will refund any original standard delivery charge that applicable law requires us to refund. Any extra charge for a more expensive service, such as Express, is generally not refunded. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost to China.

We process refunds promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. When required, proof that you sent the item back can trigger a refund before it reaches our warehouse; any later documented value-loss issue will then be handled separately. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
