About this store
The individual seller KYOU UNN operates the Free Soul Living store ("we", "us", or "our") at freesoul-living.com. You can contact us at info@freesoul-living.com. Our contact address is 1 Chome-4-26 Kirehigashi, Hirano Ward, Osaka 547-0021, Japan.
Products and orders
We describe products and their available options on each product page. Measurements and weights marked "approx." are estimates. Product colors may appear different because of photography, lighting, and display settings. Please check the product details and your delivery address before placing an order.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable or there is a material error in the listing or price, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any amount paid for the affected item. We will not substitute another item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
The price, available shipping method, shipping charge, and any taxes collected by us are shown during checkout before you place your order. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees. For information about import charges that may arise at the destination, please read our Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from China. Processing times, estimated transit times, tracking, shipping charges, customs issues, and delivery problems are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable request period, return instructions, and refund process. Cancellation and return terms, including any restocking fee, are set out in that policy. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Website use
You may use this website to browse and purchase our products. Please do not interfere with the website's operation, misuse another person's account or information, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Content that we own or are licensed to use may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Shopify hosts the store and supports checkout and related services.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
